Affinity Internet Completes Integration

Full Integration to Single Platforms for Affinity Acquired Brands

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ — Affinity Internet, a
leading hosting services provider, has successfully completed the integration
of its acquired companies. This milestone marks the completion of the
integration of billing, e-mail, technical support and management functions,
representing a major turning point for the company.

The completion enables Affinity to focus its technical and creative energy
on developing new products and services for current and future customers of
ValueWeb, HostSave, Bigstep and WinSave brands.

"Whether or not a SMB hosting provider can get its cost structure down and
deliver good customer service determines whether the provider will be longer
short term players in this market that is dictated by low margins and high
volume." says Helen Chan, Small and Medium Business Analyst at the Yankee
Group in Boston. "With the huge challenge of integration behind them,
Affinity is well on its way as a leading provider of Web business applications
for SMBs."

Affinity’s original strategy was to acquire best of breed competitors in
each segment of the web hosting market, combining the best practices, systems
and knowledgebase to become a leading hosting service provider. In completing
the integration process, Affinity has maintained key personnel and the
creative energy that propelled its acquired companies to success.

"Affinity is focused on providing our customers with bundled and feature
rich services and with the completion of the integration, we are able to focus
our resources on developing these services to meet the growing needs of our
current and future customers," said Jim Collins, CMO of Affinity Internet.
Affinity is focused on developing new applications making it easier for
small to medium sized businesses (SMB) to do new business online.
