AOL Acquires New Advertising.com Subsidiary, ADTECH AG

Dulles, Virginia - (Cheap Web Hosting Directory) - May 24, 2007 - AOL has acquired international online ad-serving company, ADTECH AG, as an independent subsidiary of Advertising.com, extending the company’s international reach, with businesses in over 25 countries.
ADTECH AG will continue to be based in Frankfurt. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition is hoped to provide AOL with an advanced ad-serving platform that includes an array of ad management and delivery applications enabling website publishers to manage, traffic and report on their online advertising campaigns.

The ADTECH ad-serving platform differentiates itself via its scalable, enterprise-class infrastructure and publisher-friendly tools, providing intuitive and feature-rich user interfaces, superior inventory management and forecasting capabilities, and robust and flexible reporting.
