Communicate.com Inc. a rapidly growing eCommerce company, todayannounced that it has signed an agreement to acquire more than 650dot-com URLs.

Upon completion of the transaction, Communicate will own hundreds ofproduct-specific and category-specific domain names that end in”bound.com”, such as shoppingbound.com, resortbound.com,timesharebound.com and winebound.com, to name just a few. The domainnames cover a vast array of products & services, traveldestinations and topics. Communicate.com expects that it will takeapproximately three to four weeks to complete the transfer of all theURLs.

Communicate.com will integrate the newly acquired URLs into itsadvertising network, with a few of the domains under consideration fordevelopment as B2C and B2B portals.

“Our web portfolio will be enhanced with the addition of these URLs,”said David Jeffs, President of Communicate.com. “The newproduct-specific sites will allow us to increase our advertisingrevenues and enable us to provide our advertisers with highly targetedleads.”
