Cambridge, Massachusetts - (Cheap Web Hosting Directory) - October 24, 2007 - Domain name marketplace, Sedo, online marketplace for the buying and selling of domain names, is closing in on the completion of its latest GreatDomains live auction, featuring premium domain equity.com, with a current high bid of $100,000.

The auction is due to close on Thursday, October 25, 2007. In addition to equity.com, other premium domains on offer that are gaining momentum during these final days include door.com (currently at $55,555) and knee.com ($30,000), and several others currently sitting at the $20,000 mark including astronaut.com, lonely.com, and wwi.com.

Jeremiah Johnston, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, of Sedo remarked, ”GreatDomains has once again put together a premium domain auction that is garnering significant interest and interaction. I’m looking forward to seeing the value of these high-demand domains, as ultimately determined by the escalating domain market.” Sedo acquired GreatDomains, the online platform for buying and selling premium domain names, in June 2007.
