Providing the absolute best customerservice has always been a hallmark of our value proposition, anddistinguishes us from the competition. We will not sacrifice qualityjust because it might save a few dollars.” “In fact,” Parsons observed,”our call center operation is highly profitable, and we would losemoney if we opted to offshore.”

Permanent call center personnel receive a comprehensive benefitspackage starting their first day of employment. Medical, dental, lifeinsurance and tuition reimbursement benefits are extended to allfull-time call employees, as well as a 401k plan, with Go Daddymatching employee contributions. Ongoingperformance-based contests for call center personnel are held daily, weekly and monthly.

“The city of Gilbert is extremely pleased to have been chosen as the site of the newest Go Daddy call center,” added Mayor Steve Berman, who participated in the ceremony. “It is gratifying to see a ‘home-grown’ Arizona business attain the level of success and international exposure that Go Daddy has achieved.
