New York, New York - (Cheap Web Hosting Directory) - August 31, 2006 - According to consumer electronics and digital technology event representatives of DigitalLife, eBay will again bring its University program to this year’s offering. The eBay University community education initiative, presents a series of educational sessions and workshops, designed to teach beginners and experienced eBay users.
Thousands of consumers are expected to participate in the three-day eBay University program and other educational initiatives at DigitalLife, which will be held October 12-15, 2006, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

We’re delighted that eBay will once again bring their unique and informative eBay University to New York City and offer DigitalLife attendees the opportunity to improve their selling skills.”
With four educational tracks — ”Basic Selling,” ”Beyond the Basics,” ”eBay for Business” and ”Business Builders” (presented by eBay Certified Providers) — attendees learn about creating listings, determining pricing, shipping, scaling for growth; as well as tips for marketing their eBay listings. Attendees of this official eBay educational program will be able to select from these varied programs, which target beginners, more experienced users, and existing or aspiring online entrepreneurs. DigitalLife will also feature open forum discussions hosted by Jim ”Griff” Griffith, the Dean of eBay Education and author of ”The Official eBay Bible.”
Mr. Griffith explained, ”Starting a small business on eBay has empowered people like never before, and today, around the world over 1.3 million people making a full or part time living selling on the site. Since it began, eBay University has taught more than 100,000 individuals how to use eBay, and DigitalLife in New York City is a fantastic place for people to learn more about starting or expanding their small business.”
