In addition to Gordon Janzen, Rich Simons and Keith Spencer, the company has promoted Frank Chin to Director of Professional Services.

Gordon Janzen is an IT leader with more than 16 years of expertise in strategy and business planning, having held senior management positions at IBM Global Services and co-founding Apparent Networks. He currently advises growing software firms on strategy and marketing, and provides strategic planning services to large clients such as Bonneville Power Administration and the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Mr. Simons also held the position of President and CEO of RewardStream Inc., a software development company providing innovative customer lifestyle marketing solutions worldwide.

Keith Spencer provides legal insight to Elastic Path through his experiences as a partner with the Technology and Intellectual Property Law Practise Group of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. Mr. Spencer served as in-house counsel to the Vancouver-based Wireless Data Group of Motorola, Inc., where he was responsible for its worldwide legal affairs. He has also lectured in the areas of technology licensing, company formation, corporate finance and intellectual property at The University of British Columbia.

Frank Chin has been developing Internet software solutions for over 10 years. He has worked with four successful growth companies including MC2 Learning Systems (now OpenText), where he served as Senior Software Developer and Project Manager and helped grow the company from four employees to more than 400. Mr. Chin is currently a key player in Elastic Path’s Aeroplan, 24 Hour Fitness and JBoss projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management System Science from Simon Fraser University.
