Hosting Trek, a provider of hosting services, recently announced the ‘Helping Hand Hosting’ plan which gives non profit organizations and community focused businesses all the tools needed to get on the web.

The hosting plans are available in Windows or Linux and cost $8.25 a month. The Helping Hand hosting accounts come with a website builder tool - Easy Site Studio, two hundred email addresses for volunteers, free anti virus, and other services.

A company spokesperson stated; “This new advantage that we’re offering to community based organizations isn’t all about features, virtual storage, or anything like that. It’s about lending a helping hand to groups that do so much for their communities. Most of them don’t have the funding to have an online presence nor do they understand how valuable one can be. It is our goal to help these groups succeed further in their causes by using the benefits made possible through the internet.”
