Oakland, California - (Cheap Web Hosting Directory) - July 17, 2008 - Search engine, Ask.com, and wholly-owned business of IAC, has completed its agreement to acquire Lexico Publishing Group LLC, owner of Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com, and Reference.com.

The all-cash transaction was announced on May 15, 2008.
