San Diego, California - (via THE HOSTING NEWS) - July 28, 2005 - Web hosting and design firm Aplus.Net today announced the launch and immediate availability of iCRM Pro, a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) solution for small businesses. Aplus.Net is the first web hosting company to provide such a customer care package.

iCRM Pro supplies online tools for managing customer relations for both existing and prospective customers. With the help of the iCRM Pro package, businesses can expect a shorter sales cycle, improved customer interaction and technical support, as well as fewer administrative and IT costs.

Ivan Vachovsky, Chief Executive Officer of Aplus.Net describes the service as follows, ”This is an easy to use, professional solution for businesses that are ready to get serious about sales and customer support automation. iCRM Pro can be setup in a matter of hours and accessed from anywhere in the world via the web. All the user needs is an Internet connection and the desire to beat the competition by improving customer satisfaction.”

Customers using the iCRM Pro service will receive their own copy of the open-source SugarCRM product. Aplus.Net handles the installation and maintenance of the software, and hosts the application in its state of the art data center. Aplus.Net will be offering the iCRM Pro service for $29.95 a month with a $25 setup fee.

The product is another web hosting industry first for Aplus.Net. In November, Aplus.Net was the first company to offer a hosted web conferencing package (with features and pricing that rival offerings by industry leaders such as WebEx and Microsoft). More recently, the company was responsible for yet another industry first by introducing its DomainLab product, which helps individuals find better domain names in the increasingly crowded Internet.
