Ms. Kuliga has become one of the most respected names in the sports and entertainment marketing business in her 13-year career. Ms. Kuliga heads Paid’s celebrity services business which provides musical artists, professional athletes and other celebrities a comprehensive array of business services such as fan club management, and VIP ticket package sales, merchandising, memorabilia authentication and web site development and management.
Ms. Kuliga founded and continues to operate K Sports and Entertainment, a sports marketing and event management firm that was acquired by Paid, Inc in 2004. A practicing attorney in Massachusetts, and one of only a handful of female NFL agents, Ms. Kuliga negotiated Doug Flutie’s San Diego Chargers $33 million contract, his contract with the New England Patriots and his current ABC/ESPN broadcast contract. She currently represents 10 NFL players and free agents and provides sports marketing services to several athletes in a variety of professional sports. Ms. Kuliga has negotiated sponsorship and endorsement contracts with companies such as: Reebok, NIKE, MCI, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Papa’s, ESPN, McDonald’s, Sports Illustrated and Motorola. She also has managed events for NFL players and corporations including: Flutie Celebrity Golf Tournament and Sister to Sister Foundation’s Women’s Heart Day
Prior to opening K Sports and Entertainment, Ms. Kuliga held positions as General Counsel and VP of Athlete Marketing at Woolf Associates, a full-service sports management and marketing firm. She is a cum laude graduate of both the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Suffolk University Law School. Active in the community, Ms. Kuliga currently is an officer of the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation and is a founding member and on the board of directors of the Shelter Legal Services Foundation, which renders pro bono legal services for the homeless.
