The BouncingFish reseller service, which has been under trials in the UK since early 2003, has been very successful and has already attracted an impressive reseller reseller-base who are offering Global Roaming solutions to customers worldwide.

The BouncingFish Global Roaming service is enabled in partnership with iPass, the leading Internet clearinghouse and is available for only £10 per month plus time consumed online (based on the rates listed on the BouncingFish web site).
A one-off £10 connection fee, plus the first month’s subscription is all that is required for users to gain immediate account access for the monthly service. Once connected, subscribers can review their account online, look-up archived bills, analyse usage reports, print statements and settle accounts using the secure online payment system.
For customers wanting corporate access, an annual subscription package is available, which can reduce subscription costs by 30% per year, and an unlimited user package, which allows any number of users to access the service is also available on request.
The BouncingFish reseller package enables businesses to offer a branded iPass dialler and online sign-up and billing solution for a single one-off fee of £600. Additional services are available such as a dedicated support number which is answered by BouncingFish support staff and even transparent e-mail support can be provided. Commission is paid monthly on subscriptions and usage accrued by cusotmers and resellers can check their account details, commission balance and customer records through a simple to user on-line administration system.
