Online Retailers to Benefit from LivePerson Demo at Shop.org Summit

New York, New York - September 9, 2005 - LivePerson, Inc., a provider of communications solutions for online retailers, has announced that it will exhibit and demonstrate their technology at the Shop.org Annual Summit to be held September 12-14 at The Venetian in Las Vegas.

LivePerson’s online retailing experts will be conducting one-on-one sessions to demonstrate how their technology, Timpani, can transform a retail website into a proactive sales channel. The Timpani solution provides a multi-channel platform, enabling retailers to proactively engage targeted visitors, identify cross-sell and up- sell opportunities and improve online conversion rates.

According to the LivePerson web site (www.liveperson.com), the Timpani software offers several modules including: chat, email, self-service, sales and marketing, and a contact center.
