Boston, Massachusetts - (Cheap Web Hosting Directory) - August 8, 2007 - Celebrity web hosting and services provider, Paid, Inc.,has been enlisted by rock band, Aerosmith Drummer, Joey Kramer and John Nichols, co-owners of the soon-to-open second Technical skateboard boutique in the Boston area, to develop and manage their web site.

Mr. Kramer remarked, ”I wanted Paid celebrity services to build out Technical’s web presence for the best of reasons. As a member of Aerosmith, I’ve experienced firsthand the personalized service for customers and the creative, high quality merchandise and online content that Paid celebrity services customizes to serve the interests of specific audiences. At Technical, we believe in engaging a broad array of people to explore skateboarding via our shop and web site. Paid has demonstrated the ability to relate to trend-savvy audiences and this will translate naturally in helping us in our new Technical retail venture as we drive to deliver our merchandise and messages to the unique skate subculture and beyond.”

Keith Garde, President of celebrity services at Paid, Inc., added, ”As skateboarding continues to ramp-up in mainstream popularity, the demand for the cutting-edge skate equipment and artist-inspired streetwear that Technical is known for is really taking off. We’re pleased to partner with Technical to expand their reputation as a leader in the skateboard world to skate culture enthusiasts everywhere.”

Messrs. Kramer and Nichols will open the doors of their new Technical skate shop at 236 Newbury St., in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay fashion district, in July — seven years after the flagship store in Norwell first became a South Shore sensation. This coincides with the launch of Technical’s new web site and online store. Like the Norwell and Newbury Street shops, the online store will offer a complete product line including T-shirts, hoodies, sunglasses, watches, hats, sneakers and skateboards and skating accessories, and also will feature limited edition and specialty items.

Messrs. Kramer first met Nichols through his skater son, Jesse, who is a friend of Mr. Nichols. He recalls being impressed with Mr. Nichols’ obvious passion for skateboarding culture and, in particular, the way he relates to a wide base of customers.

Mr. Nichols added, ”A lot of skate shops cater only to the most hard-core skaters and convey an attitude that’s not welcoming to newcomers. But there are plenty of people who may or may not have perfected skate techniques but enjoy the style and culture of skateboarding and appreciate its authentic, artistic essence. We want to share our take on this evolving culture of art, attitude and style.” In addition to this latest venture, Kramer continues to tour with Aerosmith and also pursues his other smooth-ride passion — cars — as co-owner of a Corvette business.

Paid, Inc.’s celebrity services provides famous people with official web sites and fan club services that include e-commerce storefronts, ticketing and fan experience packages, and web site content. The Company also sponsors autograph signing events and other sports marketing services for sports clientele.
