Northbrook, Illinois - (Cheap Web Hosting Directory) - April 13, 2006 - Web hosting and search engine optimization and marketing services firm, Think Partnership Inc. has entered into a letter of intent to acquire real-time search engine company, IceRocket.com, LLC.

IceRocket, based in Dallas, Texas, is co-owned by Internet communications magnate Mark Cuban and Chief Executive Officer Blake Rhodes. Blake Rhodes will continue to serve as IceRocket’s CEO following the closing. IceRocket operates a comprehensive real-time search engine that focuses on blogs and RSS.
