Oct 19, 2004, Inflow Inc., the quality leader in IT outsourcing services, announced it has acquired the assets of Charlotte, N.C. based i-bridge, a leading managed services provider (MSP) focused on applications and their respective systems, from VIP i-bridge LLC.

Founded in 1998, i-bridge is a provider of high-end managed services for operating system, database, and web and enterprise applications.

“This acquisition is the culmination of an extensive search for an MSP business that could match Inflow’s high standards for service quality and process discipline. I-bridge has created a business that delivers consistently high customer satisfaction ratings to a Fortune 1000 customer base,” said Art Zeile, CEO and co-founder of Inflow. “We’ve seen a growing interest among our customers for Inflow to apply our process and quality expertise to help them monitor and manage their complex application environments. We are very pleased to offer these services internally through this new division.”

Inflow has spent months planning a smooth integration of the i-bridge service set. The division will retain its location, including a 3,000 square-foot data center facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This facility will serve as a delivery hub for Inflow’s managed services and will complement Inflow’s centralized operations center in Denver. Former i-bridge executive Greg Hoogerland will serve as Inflow’s acting director of managed services delivery as he transitions to become Inflow’s CTO.

“i-bridge’s capabilities fit extremely well into Inflow’s ISO-certified platform. They have created exacting processes that encompass every aspect of application service delivery from installation to troubleshooting,” said Joel Daly, Inflow co-founder and COO. “The cultures are remarkably similar in their complete dedication to the customer.”

“We’re very pleased that both companies have worked so effectively to make this acquisition a reality and to plan a smooth transition,” said Greg Hoogerland. “The combination of companies provides both customer sets significant advantages. Inflow offers a nationwide system of high-performance data centers and i-bridge offers managed services that have been battle-tested by Fortune 1000 clientele.”
