Included in the acquisition of GrupoDW is the entirety of the company’s operational assets, including all clients, employees, creative materials, leases, and a variety of network and server hardware. With GrupoDW, HostDime now boasts an international workforce of more than 100, with 25% being multi-lingual.

The Colombian market presents a unique growth opportunity for HostDime. With only 14 million Internet users as of March, 2008, only about 30% of Colombia’s population is online - leaving a large, untapped market space available for HostDime’s expansion.

HostDime will finance today’s acquisition entirely through operational revenue.
